How early do I need to book my taxi?
We recommend you book your taxi a miniumum of 12 hours in advance on the phone. Even though we are able to provide vehicles on much shorter notice so please call us and check availability.
Are your prices per vehicle or per person?
All prices are per vehicle and NOT per person.
Must all bookings be made in advance?
We would strongly advise booking in advance. Once your booking has been made a vehicle is reserved and we guarantee availability. Last minute bookings however can be accomodated.
Can I book for more than 8 passengers?
Yes it is possible for us to cater for larger grou The easiest way to meet your driver is with the Meet & Greet service. Passengers that choose the 'Meet & Greet' service can expect their driver to be standing at the airport information desk holding a name-board as they enter their arrivals hall. This service costs £10 and pays for the driver waiting time and car park costs respectively. We have a range of vehicles ranging from Saloons, Estates, People Carriers and Minibuses which can cater for upto 8 passengers. From our base at Manchester Airport, we cover all UK airports and seaports as well as Central Manchester too. Cash - Sterling (£) directly to the driver. No. Neither the minimum charge or your fare includes a tip. Giving a tip is discretionary and completely up to you. Passengers can request a receipt from their driver once the transfer has been completed.
How do I meet my driver at the airport?
Alternatively, you can give us a call when you are ready to leave. Once we have received your call, your driver (who shall be on standby outside the terminal) will reach you in approximately 15 minutes. Please note, this option is only available to passengers that have provided us with a mobile number that functions in the UK on the day of arrival.
